We ordered furniture from Becks on memorial day. The delivery date kept getting pushed back - the last date I was given was the end of September. I finally just cancelled and bought the same piece elsewhere. It was delivered last week. Becks processed the cancellation and refund timely. That's the best thing I can say about it because they were definitely rude about it. I called the number listed online and asked for customer service. There was a short wait but I got through. We ordered a table from Becks and were able to cancel prior to accepting delivery without any penalty. They usually answered when we called, that was in July 2021. Good Luck.
