No there is a fee
We ordered furniture from Becks on memorial day. The delivery date kept getting pushed back - the last date I was given was the end of September. I finally just cancelled and bought the same piece elsewhere. It was delivered last week. Becks processed the cancellation and refund timely. That's the best thing I can say about it because they were definitely rude about it. I called the number listed online and asked for customer service. There was a short wait but I got through. Good luck!

Yes, we are partnered with bye bye mattress, you are able to drop off mattress or foundations off aslong as our gates are open, typically from 10am-7pm. Just driver to the end of the building there's a couple of pallets there where you can drop them off.
Yes, they have bunk beds and what they don't have in the store they have online, in their catalog or can order for you.

I would not recommend them. Look at their Web Page and the comments. I had a very bad experience. Their final answer to my issue was that 'It is normal for a couch frame to squeek and groan when you sit on it or readjust your pisition.....
