Roy is a real professional. Prompt, reliable, and honest. Showed up within 24 hours in the middle of a heat wave. Part was on his truck. A/C working 20 minutes after he showed up.

We were referred to Roy by our friends. Roy and his team came to us on a Sunday (!) to repair our duct system and install both a new heater and air conditioner. Roy, Dallas, Robert, and the two Mannys were professional, kind, hardworking, and service-oriented. I was impressed by both their teamwork and positive nature. We now have an amazing new A/C and heater and couldn't be more thrilled! Thank you Roy for your incredible service! We will let our friends know about Bradshaw Heating & Air!

First time contacting Bradshaw Heating & Air Conditioning from a referral due to A/C unit problems and not cooling the house. They came and Dallas took a look at it. Roy came up with a lower and reasonable estimate than the others, fitting my budget and even gave me an advice to exclude something that i don't really need which the other company was adding. They came, got the job done, a/c unit blowing cold air again, made me a happy camper and they did it courteously, professionally and on time! Thank you Roy and your team! I will surely recommend your company in the West Roseville area!
