I bought a scooter from Nor Cal and two electric bikes. I reviewed the comments concerning fuel mileage of the scooter. I too asked Jim how many miles to the one gallon tank and he stated about 100 miles, due to another customer complaining they only was able to get 50 miles to the tank. I filled my tank up after 91 miles and still the fuel gauge was in the red, I'm sure there was nine miles left. I drove this scooter hard for the first 50 miles, heavy on the gas. Funny thing, I didn't buy the scooter for gas mileage, I have a electrical vehicle for that. As far a customer service both individuals in the sales room have been great. The mechanic is also easy to talk to. Hey people, this is a motorcycle shop, not Macy's. Get over yourself, these are hard working guys with little time for making sure your feelings are taking care of. I have called them twice since buying my scooter and they were great and talked me through my questions. Otto - Folsom
