Prairie city has good well maintained tracks to practice on. Both for kids and adults as well as trails. We been going there for years. As far as Moto league I think you would have to call them. Their very friendly.
Was just there and there's plenty of mud holes. I'm sure they will dry up so I'd go within the next few months for sure.
The big mudhole is more like a pond right now and no one entered it out of fear. Surrounding it are a few smaller mudholes probably best for your Jeep to test.

Hi all, MudMart (a concessionaire within the park) has closed and moved. At this time we do not have a public air station. We are working on this, but there is no timetable. Please spread the word
Yep. Tons of fun obstacles to crawl on. Rock stairs, mud pits, cobble stone dry beds etc. Good place to try out your rig and see how capable it is in a safe environment.
We have a Coleman 196cc off road go kart. I want to teach my son how to use it. Are we able to go to prairie city?

There's nowhere to fish or kayak at prairie city
Is there a good place for an a 10-year-old on a CRF 125 to ride here and if not do you have any suggestions of good locations that might be more suitable thank you in advance.

Depending on his skill level, there are open areas that are less rocky and open for him. His vehicle is too big for our kids track area; 110 cc max. Ask the entry kiosk workers!
Is prarie city open on Monday labor day

No, it ended at the end of April. There's a PDF on ohv.parks.ca.gov that shows the season for all the different places. Hollister is good until the end of May.
I think pretty much everywhere is okay but there are a few no go's for them but there are signs everywhere that tell you what's allowed and not. Just this weekend most of the park is closed for a special event
I don't see why not. Just watch out for other full size vehicles or you might have a squished toy.
Do you have to register your bike or can you just ride?

There is a track and trails there. Bike has to be dmv registered to ride on trails they have specific sticker times to. To do track time they charge more usually weekend early
