Yes, anyone can rent the karts. If you're under 18 you need a guardian to sign the waiver. No lessons required, but they should take you around the track in a golf cart to explain rules and and familiarize you with the track. If the owner Darcy is there she'll do that. If it's her kids running it, you might wanna ask them to do that for you. You get 10 mins on track in the kart, maybe more if they're feeling generous. Worth every penny, leaps and bounds above K1.
