It is literally impossible, i had a question once and i physically went there to ask. If you are nearby this is the best thing to do.
Shouldn't have a phone number if they won't answer. They figure everyone has access to online all the time.
Ticketing staff answers the phone if available.
Why can't you have someone there to answer phones very frustrating when you need to know if your tickets went thru or not. I don't want to pay for them twice and i don't live close to run over. And not everyone has internet
