I do not think they provide that service previous to adoption. From what I have heard the person adopting is responsible for taking care of this after the adoption. I would encourage you to call out there since they may have changed this policy. If you call out there and this is not correct please enter the correct information so others will know.
The adoption fee goes for spay/neuter, shots, and for some of the food and housing needed to take care of your pet before you adopted him. They pay to keep the building (heat, water. Etc, just like when you rent) plus the food. It's really quite a bargain when you think about it!
Don't really know $ 100. 00 more or less has to be done by a vet
