Wonderful experience at the factory for some minor warranty issues. Service Manager Justin was very helpful, knew exactly what my problems were and arranged repairs. Service Tech Alan and his assistant were in and out of my 18FM in no time. Everyone was professional and it was apparent they have good morale there. Thank you!

Edit: Northwoods contacted me and the local dealer within hours to try to get this issue resolved. Wish I didn’t have any issues but at least they’re making a push to get it fixed. Spent 53k on a trailer that I can’t use due to the slide components that were used. It has now been sitting at the dealer half of the time I’ve owned it (2 months) waiting on components from Lippert. Bought it just before Memorial Day weekend anticipating being able to take the kids on a few trips before they went back to school, which hasn’t happened. We plan to use it heavily during the fall for various hunts starting in 2 weeks, as of today when I checked in they had no idea when it would be fixed. I could live without a water heater, or a furnace, or a plug, but having the largest mechanical item fail is unacceptable. I can’t even partially use the unit until it’s fixed.

Make sure if you want to use the manufacturers warranty in the 1st year it is effective that you camp either by your dealer or by Northwood in Eugene, Oregon. The dealer I purchased my 2022 Nash (Broadmoor RV) verbally told me that I could get warranty work done at ANY dealer. This was important for one because I had to drive 6 hours to get the specific model and options I wanted and for two when you camp you usually take a trip and are far away from the dealer or manufacturer. Well SURPRISE - the small print in the Northwood warranty says you have to take your rig to the dealer you purchased it from or to Eugene, OR. The other dealers in the network don't have to honor the warranty! Imagine you bought a new car and took a road trip across the country and it broke down under warranty and you had to ship it 2000 miles back to your dealer to get it fixed! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! You don't buy an RV to camp around your dealer or the manufacturer. I'm not sure if other RV manufacturers work this way, but be forewarned - if you buy a Northwood product be prepared to have to take your rig to Northwood or the dealer you bought it from to get any of the manufacturers warranty completed.

That's up to the dealership, but it's possible. The biggest thing that would have to be added would be a 110V plug for the power.
I'll at least contact them, I don't work in service, so I wouldn't know right off the top of my head, they should be able to help though
I have never actually been to Northwood manufacturing I work directly across the street from them so that's probably why it shows up so I have no idea about self-adjusting brakes on a trailer sorry
You'll have to contact northwood directly there may have been a problem with them maybe a recall im not in management just a pee on but thats what I'd do
Any Northwood dealer could order you one
No the factory does not sell retail however they get those parts through Optronics and you can get one there.
I could ask the company tomorrow, or you could call they're office
Call them

Hello Bill, We don't do the fifth wheel setup here at the factory so we highly suggest for you to talk with your Northwood Dealership about this. Depending on a few options it looks like your pickup is rated for 12-13,000lbs towing capacity. The 29-5T has a dry weight of 11,825lbs and a GVWR of 15,500lbs so I would suggest an F350.

For an extended period of time we recommend supporting the bottom of the camper and lowering the camper as low as possible.
We have blown our lines in each rv we have owned for 35 years without a problem, just don't forget to pull plug on hot tank and blow the toilet, exterior shower and shurflo pump.

Rich we have the Nash 23D that intermittently let’s us slide in or out even when plugged in. We can find no manual spot to do it ourselves. Used to have a bigger section Fox and it was a dream. Hope you find out as might help us too
Call the main office and ask. I'm pretty sure they would just not sure on the price. I work for northwood and we can buy materials so I don't see why someone that bought a product cant.
There is plywood in wall . I cant remember the trailer by there numbers i remember them by floor plans . Ill have to look when i get back to work ive been sick
As an employee at northwood we are very sorry about this. Is there a specific part of the dinette that has come off? And if anyone else has had this issue please feel free to say something because if so that is something we will keep an extra eye on
Are you saying mega directly or megadirect? I have tried looking for both. Do you have a link or number?
You might try the company that makes the add-a-room. It is the same company that makes the awning.
Probably, however you should really contact the manufacturer for that information.
