We just bought a brand new 2022 28BKS Mountain Edition. Got it home only to find our bath/shower looked as if it were installed by a child. Warped and absolutely no caulking. Also found rust on our frame where the jacks were welded.

It was Delivery, 53 ’trailer. They start to work at 07:00 AM, the unloading takes around for 20-30 minutes. Thank you guys, good job !!! In front of the entrance gate is an asphalt area for trucks if you need to spend the night. Be careful, the whole area is covered with screws.

I purchased a model year 2021 23DBS trailer new but is now outside of the warranty. The 120 volt electrical panel burned up and almost caught fire. I discovered a loose wire connection inside the panel so this is a manufacturing issue. I talked and emailed pictures to the ORV service manager but the company is not willing to provide repairs.

Purchased a 22FQS in August. A few minor issues. Called Matt in service dept. & want to give him & the company RAVE reviews!!! They answer the phone & advise remedies in a wonderfully professional manner. Thanks so much! Dan K

Please call our service department 541-962-1866. The 12Volt heat pad is an option that must have been requested by the dealership. In cold weather people use it during travel.
Yes, contact us at Outdoors RV, ask for parts. You can get one through us. Either that or we can give you the model number. 541-624-5500
Not sure I'm sure if you give them a call they can answer any questions you have I do know is high quality insulation
I am sorry you are having issues with the website. I have tried on my computer and phone, it seems to be working ok. Have you cleared the cookies or history? Perhaps that may help. I will also let our IT department know. Thank you.
Please call our parts department at 541-962-1865. Thank you
Hi. What is what used for?
Brian, looking at your review on Google, it sounds like you already contacted our service manager. We are not retail and your purchasing dealership should help with this. Since I am not involved in the service department, I suggest reaching out to the dealership. I do not know what you and our service manager discussed.
Hi Jeffrey. Do you have an owners manual? In there we discuss what kinds to use, but I don't believe name a brand. You can also find a manual on our website. Otherwise I would suggest a Outdoors RV Dealership parts department.
Hi Dave, thank you for the question. We do not have kits. You can get some insulations or 2 pound Styrofoam and install yourself, easy enough. You could also consult your dealership for kits or ideas. Thank you for asking.
That's a good question. If they get the parts your rig will get built. We ordered a 21rd, it is scheduled for April of 2022. Look at ORV website and call Shannon at the factory, she could give you some answers.
If there is not a ladder there then probably not. I suggest contacting a Outdoors RV Dealership Service department. They can assist in getting more information from the plant in regards to a drawing.
We purchase. Please call parts for options at 541-962-1865
This is just a statement. We recently took our outdoor rv to the manufacturer in oregon we had several issues. We drove from Colorado to outdoor manufacturer. I just wanted to say they were more than awesome. They fixed everything we needed and more. Todd the person we dealt with was great. We thank him and the service dept. We wish they were in colorado thanks again.
There should be a switch and that is all. Contact your local dealership or give our service department a call at 541-962-1866.
Most water pumps are located under the galley cabinets. Should have an access panel that is removable with 4 screws.
Lori, thank you for contacting us. I would ask that you call our service department. 541-962-1866. They will be able to provide you a professional opinion. Although Justin's suggestion could very well be your answer!
Good question. The 22FQS floor plan does not have a couch. You might take a look at the 24RLS, it has recliners. Or the 24RKS, it was a sleeper sofa.
Hi Denise, please contact service for advice on that, 541-962-1866. Also for owners advice check out the Facebook page, "Outdoors RV Owners". I imagine they would have great ideas!
Hi Nick, please call Warranty or Service at 541-962-1866. They will be able to answer that question, I hope you are enjoying th 21FQS!
Make sure the terminals are connected properly and the positive and negatives are wired properly. If you still have the same problem contact the service department.
I would suggest calling that manufacturer.
Without knowing a lot more information that would be hard to do. I would suggest calling the manufacturer of your trailer, or our service department at 541-962-1866.
Off
The Big window and dinette are on the side of both models. But take a look! Give us a call at the plant if you have questions, always happy to help. 541-624-5500
Yes, contact us at Outdoors RV, ask for service. 541-624-5500
You would have to bring it down for them to look at it. Can't determine it unless it's looked at
Yes Monday - Friday at 10 am. They last about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Please call the office and I would be happy to schedule for you. 541-624-5500
Well I've been looking for a particular model and can't find any in western Canada
What size solar do you have? If it has the small 10 watt solar they do at the factory, it doesn't have a controller. If it has a bigger solar, it would be located in the center of the overhead cabinet above the bed.
This has a Queen bed ( 60" x 80"), a sleeper sofa and a dinette that makes into a bed. Depends on sizes but 5-6.
Make sure you drain the water heater, and use antifreeze in the lines. As far as the solar panel is concerned, you shouldn't have to do anything, really. I would confirm with the manufacturer, but if its attached to the roof, you should be fine. Again....confirm this to be sure.
What type of panel? Model? Call the factory if all else fails. There is a FB group, Outdoirs RV owners.
I'm sure you know about this, our 2019 has a switch just inside the passenger side storage bay against the right wall. I slide a little panel and turn battery power off there. Hope you get it figured out.
Call the factory and talk to Kevin, he does most of the tours.
The battery automatically starts charging as soon as shore power is connected to the unit if you used a volt meter and measured the battery voltage at the battery posts and then plugged the unit in and measured voltage you would see the difference in voltages which should be over 13.3 volts roughly you could confirm that your converter is doing its job and give yourself peace of mind
Probably best to ask someone in the service department
I couldn't say. Call the plant in LaGrande would be my thought.
It is a thin metal cover over the awning
Yes. The first of them are online now
I transport from the factory to the dealership and there are are no locks
To Tom Verret: Do you build these trailers or work in the manufacturing of them? I'd like to know your resource for the answer about not seeing locks for any slide outs.
You have to go in person. They don't even let an employee take an application home for a friend.
