My husband and I are somewhat mobility impaired and will want to use the AA or airport wheelchair service at Logan in August. What would be the best way for us to transfer to the hotel?

They should provide mobility assistants for that they will help you on to the shuttle and the driver will help you off

The hotel will make arrangements to accommodate you via their shuttle. Give them a call.
