Yes they do. You have to send in four weeks of paychecks to see if you qualify. Or whatever form of income the income has. They have specific guidelines. If you qualify, then you send in a $75.00 money order to get started. Its a process, but its a heck of alot cheaper than an attorney elsewhere.
