I recently applied to be a co-applicant to live in my friends Mobile home but the owner of the park refuses to look at my application, has claimed two Woman living under one roof is illegal in NY. Is there anything I can do?

I agree also it is a form of discrimination even under the new housing laws no one can deny your application because it is to women maybe he has certain beliefs I would take a look at that also make sure that he understands that this is against New York state law and that it doesn't even exist then maybe he would be willing to answer your complaint truthfully sounds very personal

Sounds like discrimination to me! Thats a huge no no in new york.
