So the reason I gave a 3 is a couple things: 1) No point in paying extra for early boarding. By the time they board "pre boarding" (which I'm NOT saying anything about who is pre boarding simply how many pre board) you are in the next section which is B. The airlines does 3 groups. We paid for A and it was useless. Don't pay extra. 2) it's unreliable. I kept checking my phone the week before we flew as other family traveling had a NIGHTMARE.

Absolutely positively will never ever fly with this airline again. The incompetence at every single level is a burden to the people attempting to be your customers. The employees you have left can't even give out refunds correctly. What an absolute clown show.

I fly southwest frequently. Most of their flights are full. It's possible but, you may be waiting for several flights before one becomes available. Probably drive it quicker. Straight thru driving..20 hrs.
