We are temporary increase the menu cost by 10% as we seeing a surge in the food cost from vendors. We will roll back the 10% when things get back to normal. Sorry for the inconvenience. We also posted the sign, and verbal communicate to customers on all order before they pay regarding this matter. We also update the website regarding this information. Finally, due to being a small business, we can NOT afford to keep printing new menu while not use up the already printed menu. as new menu printing is costing thousand dollars. Thank you for letting us serve you. Stay healthy and Safe.

It's not just on top of delivery. It's on take-out when you pick up the food as well. If they want to increase their prices, they need to do it legally and change their menu prices. This hidden ten percent non-negotiable fee that they add to your order is not legal. It's not a tip because they have a separate tip column. They don't have any signs up mentioning this fee. They hope people don't notice it and want to get away with fraud until enough people notice or an investigation happens.
