Best Chinese food on the Cape simply for the fact I've never had a poor or questionable experience. Great service and delicious, warm food that makes excellent leftovers. Doesn't try to get too fancy or be something it's not. Highly recommend.

We have eaten at great house Centerville for years . We always have delivery, the food is always hot and very fast delivery. Only once the ribs were overcooked in all the years we have gone there.

EXTREMLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WE ARE VERY LOYAL AND REGULAR CUSTOMERS FOR MANY YEARS, BUT NOT ANYMORE... WE ORDERED STEAMED BROCCOLI WITH GARLIC SAUCE & MUCH MORE. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR GARLIC SAUCE(WHICH THEY SERVE), NOT GINGER SAUCE. WHEN THEY SENT THE WRONG SAUCE, I CALLED AND ASKED FOR WHAT WE HAD PAID FOR. THEY REFUSED AND SAID THEY WOULD PICK UP ALL THE FOOD WE ORDERED ($70+), INSTEAD OF JUST MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY, WITH THE CORRECT ORDER. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT ANYBODY, LET ALONE A LOYAL CUSTOMER! OVERALL: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT

I have been ordering from great house for years now and I have never been treated badly by any one who works there. They have been friendly and curious to us. I'm sorry you feel this way you are the only bad review that I have seen. Good luck to you.
We are temporary increase the menu cost by 10% as we seeing a surge in the food cost from vendors. We will roll back the 10% when things get back to normal. Sorry for the inconvenience. We also posted the sign, and verbal communicate to customers on all order before they pay regarding this matter. We also update the website regarding this information. Finally, due to being a small business, we can NOT afford to keep printing new menu while not use up the already printed menu. as new menu printing is costing thousand dollars.
