I have been ordering from great house for years now and I have never been treated badly by any one who works there. They have been friendly and curious to us. I'm sorry you feel this way you are the only bad review that I have seen. Good luck to you.

Yes. You hit it on the nail! This place used to be good and it's sad how nasty the owner has become. It doesn't take much to be friendly to customers. But with an attitude like she has, it's no wonder there are so many increasingly bad reviews.
