Facility was very clean, the areas for the animals were large and not tiny. Staff super friendly and patient.

We came here just to look, and we came back with the most beautiful boy. The process was streamline, the kennels were clean, and the staff seemed happy to be there.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable. I am so glad that I was able to adopt with them.

Hello! We haven't received any calls about a missing chihuahua. Thank you for bringing him to Animal Control!
The MSPCA would welcome those items. Donations such as yours are are always needed. Thank you!
Maybe because they don't want to give it to just anyone who walks in off the street, without making sure the animal is going to a safe secure home? Just a thought.
Ooh yes please! We love 'em! Just not fitted sheets, please. We also always need pillow cases, if you have them. Thank you so much!
Yes. Go to https://www.mspca.org/adoption-centers/cape-cod-adoption-center/cape-cod-volunteer-program/

Toys that are specifically made for pets are welcome! Unfortunately stuffed animals that aren't made for pets can have hazards like buttons and beads, some even have stuffing and stitches that aren't safe for our furry friends. While they may be fine for some pets at home with supervision, these types of stuffed animals aren't ideal for a shelter setting. MSPCA will also happily accept new or used blankets, towels, flat sheets (not fitted due to the elastic), and pillowcases. We cannot accept pillows, down comforters, fitted sheets, and most rugs/mats. There is a large black donation bin to the left of the front door which is out pretty much 24/7. Wonderful volunteers empty it throughout the day so if it's not there when you arrive you can leave your donations on the bench. Thank you!!
Yes,
We have a donation bin right outside of our door so you're welcome to leave them in there at any time. Thank you for thinking of us!

Not at the moment, and their adoptions and medical department are appointment only.
Hi Marilyn, Thank you for asking! We are still accepting donations and are particularly in need of pet food. We have a large black donation bin outside of our main entrance for a contactless drop off. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any other questions. Our shelter can be reached at 508-775-0940. Thanks again! MSPCA Staff
