Yes. A limited number of grills are available, or bring your own. There are also picnic tables. Small dogs are fine. Not on the beach itself but anywhere else in the park. There is nature walking trails, bathrooms, outdoor showers.

Yes you can grill and picnic..yes dogs are allowed as far as I know
