In some cases yes. Whatever your need is, Crisis will either help you, or refer you to the correct agency for your need. As the name indicates, "crisis assistance ministries" they "assist" people in "crisis". If it is birth control pills, they will refer you to the health department; if its a life or death medication, yes they will help.
Actually, we aren't able to assist financially with these items. We can sometimes refer you to other agencies that work in that area of need. We do have a Benefits Assessment team which can help determine if you qualify for Medicaid and give you the information about how to apply.
