You have 10 days after your rent is due before your Landlord goes to go for eviction. But you need to go to Crisis to get some help before that happens. You can't do nothing about your situation. Well I have court tomorrow I'm not going because I'm going to have my rent paid by next week I just don't want to have my placed locked
