They help by need... 1st people who already shut off. They people who have pending shut off for that day and then who ever else if your not close to your shut off date most likely they will have you come back

I recommend getting there even earlier like 7:30. There are people who will offer you food, hot beverages, etc. Bring something to sit on. Make sure you bring copies of last 3 months bank statements, income reports, past due gas bills, social security card & state ID. Better yet, call first to find out exactly what you need and how far back. They don't do first come first served. They go by how close you are to being disconnected but get there right away even if you're not close and they can schedule an appointment for you. Will save time in the long run. Good luck and best wishes. Been there myself.

Its possible that they could help. Make sure you have all paper information including address! Also make sure you do have State ID and Social Security Card... Get there around 8:30am - 9am because it gets crowded and busy before 10am!
