I can not understand why you go in to get an item and you wait on line at the register for them to say they don’t have it? But yet there are 15 tickets in the item tag holder? How about putting out of stock so people don’t waste their time

Sometimes places sell out of a item, maybe call ahead and check to see if they have the item in stock instead of going there then being disappointed if the item is out of stock

I never had a problem purchasing anything at Harbor Freight, just getting someone to help me. I think the guys name is Fred who is the most helpful there; everyone else kind of acts like you are bothering them when asked a question.

Never had that problem. I always get what I go for, even sale items.
