Dont do a lo to reviews but this is insane. Near 2 hours on hold to talk to someone about a billing issue. Started as #7 in the que and only down to #4(still on hold as I write this). Is there only 1 person answering the phones for this mega million dollar corporation? Yes, you can input a phone number for them to call you back at...but when will I get a call back? I may leave work and miss the call(would rather talk on a landline rather than a cell phone.....) Sigh

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The customer service takes forever to get ahold of, and when you finally do it is clear they are given a script to give you a run around as to how they got there reading. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that not one employee has obtained a high school diploma between the entire company. I wish nothing but the worst for everyone that is involved in this company.

Terrible customer service and online interface!!!!Company makes way too much money to have such poor service!!!!!!! They were recently under investigation by the state for bad billing practices!!!!

These guys.... Don't care at all. Beyond that, they're definitely stealing from customers in various ways.
