I was rear-ended and the back bumper popped out of place. Today I drove up to Northside, no appointment, and with zero wait, Jack asked how he could help. I started with "I was rear-ended" and he stopped me and said, "how awful, are you ok?" And just that 10-second break and show of concern set the tone for the whole visit. He immediately came outside, inspected the damage, and said if I waited 10 minutes, they could put it back and reinforce where a tab had broken. It was more like 5 minutes, but even so, he asked if I wanted water or a cookie while I waited. AND ... no charge. This place has my firm and constant support, and I am happy to spread the word about them.

Amazing job by Josh & the rest of the team. Entire front bumper ripped off backing out of driveway getting snagged on a curb. My entire front end was gone! 100% brand new show room now. They even discovered that I had a factory warranty on my hood which would of expired soon, and replaced that as well, no extra charge to me. You’d be a fool to go anywhere else.
