Is Mountaineer Village Apartment only for college students or is it for college students and resident? If it is for resident what is the price for a 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom and will you have any openings in February?

It's for anyone, though mostly populated by students, I've met several older couples and families who live in the complex. Despite having "Mountaineer" in the name, it is not exclusively for students.

This property is not strictly for students but it is leased per bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment
