Where do I go to pick up some one arriving and when should I be there

If they are flying Southwest airlines they will be at terminal 1 and for any other airline they will be at terminal 2 farther around the loop or you can park in the parking garage. As far as when that depends on what time there flight arrives.

The parking deck is where I always park. Southwest is terminal 1 and all others terminal 2.

Cell phone lot for sure!! Many times after landing/arrival, gates change due to ground traffic.

You can go to cell phone waiting and passenger call call when they want pick up at curbside at arrivals
