This might have been the best shoe buying experience I've had in a while. Amy here helped me pick the shoes that fit my needs well. I have been used to running in Merrell trail runners (zero drop) shoes. While they don't carry Merrell, Amy helped me find the shoes that come the closest to that. They didn't carry the size I needed, and they didn't try to convince me to buy a different model or a wrong size shoe. Amy was honest and suggested that I look for the shoe model + size I needed at other Fleet Feet stores or its online store. I eventually got the exact shoe model and size I needed thanks to her help: On Cloud X size 11M. Anyone looking for new shoes, go check out these guys. They know what they are doing.

Great atmosphere and inviting. Nathan helped me out with a nice pair of shoes for work to help with my back. As a runner he was very knowledgeable! I wasn't in there for more than 20 min and he was able to answer all my questions and give great feedback.

We require masks for all staff members and customers. We use appointment/waitlist software to reduce crowding in the store. We have modified our shoe fitting process to avoid contact and add space between people. We wipe down our fit benches between customers. We have plexiglass dividers at checkout. We do also offer virtual fittings and can usually accommodate outdoor fittings if you are not comfortable coming inside the store.
Yes, as long as we have you in our system (in Raleigh or Morrisville) or you have a copy of your receipt.
