There are signs outside of the baggage claim for renalt car shuttles. They will take you to the location where you will pick up your car.
They have many car rental at RDU Airport.. Easy pick up and drop off. You just pick a rental company ( Avis, Enterprise, Budge etc) and the .shuttles will bring there..
There is a regular car rental center that a shuttle bus will take you to.
