Show them your pacemaker id card and they will take care of you
Excellent Men and Women on duty. I was there for an early flight (5:15am), and was well attended to.
I honestly don't know, but they were extremely nice the few times I have been there. Just tell them (perhaps have a doctor's slip, to be safe), and I am positive that they will be happy to take care of you.
