First talk to the sales manager and it the General Manager . Give them 14 days to deliver exactly want you want. Then go to another dealer. They all might have the same problem as the Nautilus is made in Canada and might be caught up in trade issues
Were you provided a delivery date? If so, and the date has passed, raise a rukus and demand some extras; or cancel your order and see another dealership (Folsom?) about ordering the car (that is in Benicia).
Thanks for the suggestion, the sales person was very shrewd, he never gave an exact date, but thanks for the name of another dealer
