Why does this dealership sell a warranty on their vehicles but still charge them for the diagnostic and repair when it should be covered under the warranty?

Before to sale the car he is call you and describe every thing after you bought the car he never answer your call i have issues with my Ford Explorer 2021 I’m far from delar he is not answering my call last 3 weeks. Im give them 0 star i never visit and my suggestion for all of my friends and family that never visit Rosville Ford.
