The buying experience is excellent without any pressure to purchase things you don’t need; The cars they sell are in very good condition, and the interior and exterior are detailed and well kept. Chances are, I will purchase a third car from them in the future; and now that I know CarMax and others purchase their used cars from Enterprise, cut out the middle man and go straight to the source. Everything was seamless except for the follow through. There was a chip in the windshield and a scratch that needs to be addressed. I've called a couple times and I still have not received a call.
