Hi, I have a 1 ton 6 wheel dump truck with a gvw of 13,000 pounds.I do not have a bussiness and pick up wood for my house.and plow my relative's and myself in house in the winter.Do I need a medical card and dot numbers on my truck for inspection ?

No, the truck is for personal use and as long as you aren't a licensed contractor your okay.
