After visiting four big stores, I stopped here for a point-and-shoot digital camera. The woman assisting me was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She listened to all of my wants and needs and found me a camera I adore. I've been able to get some amazing pictures and to me, the camera has already paid for itself. They have excellent warranties, and have all the additional equipment you need.

Never have I encountered such incredible customer service. EVER!!!! I saw a camera I liked and called the number. Chris Borto answered the call and the camera was in my possession the next day . Even though there was a complication with the camera Chris has gone out of his way to rectify it. I was skeptical about buying electronics anywhere else other than B AND H (45 year customer). But I will hesitate to buy from Hunts camera again. Thank you Chris !!!! (Camera bought. LUMIX S1R)

If the ink absorber is full, Canon states that it is not designed to be removed or replaced. Most likely meaning it can not be brought back. You could contact Canon directly at 1-800-652-2666 if you need more information.

We do offer memory card data recovery, however we do not do Hard Drive recovery or Hard Drive repairs.

Yes we do offer slides to DVD transfers. The service is done in photo lab at our Melrose, MA location but you can bring in and pick up the at our Holyoke, MA location. Turn around time should be around 1 week.
Hi George, We do offer repair services. Keep in mind that repairs are not done onsite and do have to be sent out.
We are across the street from the Holyoke Mall, so yes it would be walking distance. You could mail them but not everyone is comfortable mailing photo. If you choose to mail please call us first so we know to keep an eye out for them. 413-585-9430 ask for Steve Bidwell the store manager
Hi Liz, we do offer memory recovery. Bring the card in and we can see what can be recovered. Since you haven't used the camera since the deletion the recovery should be successful. If it is not successful there is no charge.
