Terrible customer service. Super rude on the phone. I don’t think they really want to sell anything. I’m guessing they’re just into the scrapping side of the business. I’ll get the same same stuff for cheaper through Home Depot or Lowes.

Great place to get steel without having to order it first. I haven’t had to wait more than a few minutes for them to cut it and they’re totally fine with you wandering around looking for the right thing if you don’t know exactly what you want
