my pitt boxer mix gracie is 10 years old and has tumor on her breast vet says cancer what kind of cost would this surgery be and most important question will she suffer alot

I can tell you when my dog had cancer a few months ago they did an xray first which was $250 then was going to do an ultrasound which was $350, but from the xrays she didnt need an ultrasound, it was too far progressed. They needed to do this first to see how to handle the cancer. Hope that helps.
