I can tell you when my dog had cancer a few months ago they did an xray first which was $250 then was going to do an ultrasound which was $350, but from the xrays she didnt need an ultrasound, it was too far progressed. They needed to do this first to see how to handle the cancer. Hope that helps.
It depend on what the vet have to say
We found the cost to be w hat we felt was reasonable for the quality of care. They did not put Maggie through unnecessary testing. We were impressed by their care plan and team approach. We can highly recommend Upstate Vets for Gracie and you!
I cannot comment on the cost, but I can tell you this is one of the best places to care for your pet.
