I took my special needs dog to dogs day out for over a year. A very nice young lady shaved my shi tzu as instructed and was very patient and pleasant. One day the young girl was not there, it was just after they moved to pleasantburg. The owner shaved my dog and was very rough with him injuring his shoulder. When I noticed him limping and called to ask what had happened she replied, “he was playing rough with the other dogs.” She injured my dog! I could see that the hair on one shoulder was twice as long as the other from where she held him down to shave him! Three years later my dog still limps. Very cruel person. Don’t let her fool you.

Dog Day Out is like family my dogs always go here and they’re always fantastic they treat your babies like family amazing staff kind people amazing boarding and grooming my dogs go here for playtime and grooming and boarding and I can’t thank you of enough for all what they’ve done for us One of my dogs who is nine now Grace she was going there since she was 16 weeks old I can’t think your dog day out enough
