What do I say for a peanut butter CUP Shake ? Usually I have no problem, but this is two times now I have ordered , to get home and find out it is peanut butter. I do not like peanut butter shakes! I like the Reesie’s cup. What am I saying wrong

Try saying a reese's cup shake. May they're focusing on peanut butter. Hope you get the right one next time.

Yes, they have both peanut butter and REESES milkshakes, if you ask for REESES then you should have no issue getting just that. On that note, we are usually extremely busy inside the store.. sometimes managing up to 5 different customers orders at a time, with under a minute and ten second time frame (the amount of time were required to allow a customer to sit at our window in order to "run service"), so we sometimes just go off what we hear first instead of getting confirmation (yes i know, cashiers fault).
