Concerning my last two visits. The first my milkshake I ordered was completely wrong - I ordered chocolate. My husband’s was completely wrong as well. I ordered cheese bites tonight and didn’t receive them. I understand it’s busy and help is hard to find but if this continues… customers are going to be hard to find. Ugh……frustrating!

A BIG FAT NO!! Traveling from Pittsburgh to Florida and was hungry. We have gotten other Cook Out drive thru but never again. The person we placed order with was pleasant enough and that's the only nice thing I can say. Opened up my box and the onion rings looked like they were from out of a bag of Walmart brand onion rings. Definitely not like what I typically receive from here. I could deal with that but the cheeseburger was cold, bun was nasty and I literally thought if I ate it I would get food poison. I called to complain and the guy hung up on me!! I then called back and said so sweetly "we must have gotten disconnected ". He proceeded to tell me that the only refund they give is cash and I'll Glace to go back for it. I told him forget because I'm already back on the road. I hope he did as I asked and gave a free meal to someone. Somehow, I doubt that would happen. So to sum it up, a big fat NO! WILL NEVER STOP AT A COOK OUT AGAIN.

This is one of my favorites places to get late night grub, incidentally, the past few times I went, we’re not so great. 😑. The one that been working the first drive through lane has been slacking effort. Either the people in the back are slacking or it’s the cashier. Either way, items have been missing, shakes have been all messed up and they just don’t have much charisma in their duty of customer service. However, I will continue to still go there as needed. I know some people just don’t know any better and I’m not going to let some duds keep me away from great food! Hopefully they’ll get back on track and fix the errors of their ways. I also could be just being petty since they messed up my order. I just know that most people don’t appreciate having to go back up to the window or call back with complaints.

This place is fantastic! If you are hungry, you won't be after leaving here. The menu is loaded with so many options! They have combo meal options where you can get a main course option as a side. Want a cheeseburger, a corn dog and a second cheeseburger... you can order that as your meal. There are so many options to choose from! And speaking of options, want a shake as your drink... they have a load of them! They have around 40 different flavors of flavors to choose from. The service is very fast and very friendly. But I think the best part, the cherry on top, is the prices! This place is so affordable! With all the options available this is one of my favorite places to eat. Just makes me sad that there isn't one near me in Ohio!

the Statesville,Denver and also the Huntersville location has indoor seating but the Mooresville location dose not have indoor seating

Yes it is good food and shakes..
Try saying a reese's cup shake. May they're focusing on peanut butter. Hope you get the right one next time.
