Light bill social security cards and birth certificates of everybody that stay at the address. If you get a check or food stamps they want to see that as well as any income you have. As far as the time to be there I would say between 8:30 -9:00 a.m. I hope this helps you get assisted
They're open 8am to 930am and serve first 15 people. I'd be in line 10 minutes early. They want CURRENT paperwork for everything. They are extremely stringent. Last 30 days stubs. Month of august printout of award letter(ebt) and social security. Your drivers license and everyone's social security card in the home. When you go they will give you another appointment. Usually between 2/3pm. I had to go five times before I finally got help. They pay$1,000 so I'd make sure it's atleast a 2 month bill. They don't help you if it's over 1,000. They also don't pay late fees or returned check amounts and fees. You have to pay those.
