I have placed 3 calls today. I get put on hold and then when someone picks up it is just silence. I have been trying to cancel a reservation but since I cannot get a hold of a live person I will no longer be coming in to pick up my rental.

Any they will not charge fir booking. You can place nee request anytime. Online is the best way
