Why would you allow reservation but no car is available when pick up? No back up cars were offered either. First bad experience with Enterprise. Ruined our trip plan.

I reserved a pickup truck for a week long rental a full week in advance. Everything in reservation confirmation indicated it was all set. Just two hours before my scheduled pickup, I get a text saying they don’t have the vehicle and I’m on a waiting list. Had to scramble to make other arrangements for college kid drop off. Seriously? Two hours notice? Why confirm the reservation if you can’t honor it. Might be an enterprise corporate issue. Regardless, they screwed up my week royally.

I didn't rent the car, helped with a turn in. Couple ahead of us took over 40 minutes to Rent as they would go to Canada..... all we needed was 10 minutes for key 🔑 return.

I'm sure it was tolls. It's in the contract they will bill for tolls and tickets after 2 weeks or so. I've never had anything less than excellent service and I use them a lot because of it.
Any they will not charge fir booking. You can place nee request anytime. Online is the best way
They will drop it off and pick it up most any place within reason and I usually do pretty good on time
