We have lived in this community for 6 years and have truly enjoyed it. They are always looking to make the community the best place possible to live in. Also the staff couldn't be more helpful. They are kind and pleasant and are a pleasure to talk to. The maintenance staff are prompt to handle any issue that comes up and they do the work efficiently and neatly. We can't say enough about how much we have enjoyed living here and would highly recommend it to singles, families and older ones.

Unhelpful staff and falling apart Although the apartments are “luxury” living here is not worth the $2000+/month. I lived on the second floor. The windows don’t properly shut, the blinds are falling apart, there are large cracks in the ceiling and walls where the building is falling apart. You’d think with small children and a target towards family style living there would be an emphasis on maintaining that by the staff, but there is none. Tobacco is smoked frequently seeping into apartments and hallways making the air unbreathable. Some residents in the vicinity are quiet rude and hostile towards children and pets. I would suggest looking at other places to live because this place does not care about making their residents comfortable and happy. Edit: I read through some of the other reviews and see that management is trying to sublimate the situation by acting cordial in their responses. Don’t be fooled. They genuinely do not care.
