Our family has 4 pets, two cats and two dogs. We’ve been with the VCA for about 15 years maybe longer and loved Dr. Klein and Dr. Moore and a while back Dr. Wolfson also. Recently there have been staffing changes and we are currently in a nightmare situation with our 11 year old chocolate lab. There is no concern, no urgency at all that we are now going on week 4 with a urine incontinence issue. They have charged us tons of money and here we are still with no answers. Our pets are our family and Sasha deserves better than this. We just waited another week for a urinalysis, they never called us after the test so we called them to find out the urine test was lost. We are leaving this practice and I suggest others follow if they want caring experienced doctors because that is no longer the case here.

I love them and I had such a good experience there with my little dog when she was sick. they reassured me throughout the whole process by answering a million of my questions and I felt like my dog was in such good hands. I got an appointment super quick too. Thank you <3

Figured I would update my previous review. I changed vets for awhile but recently was looking for a new vet near our home, decided to give VCA another try... wow I forgot how great they are with our dog Brady, he was so happy, they gave him treats and loved him up like he was their own.. they helped me with getting meds.. they explained what the different shots were and pros and cons to getting them and help me decide which ones to get and the ones we really didn't need. I now would highly recommend.. still shock by the bill but that's just part of taking care of your 4 legged family member. 2020 review: The people are nice, seem very professional and are great with our dog. He loved going here.. I'm thinking they may not have much experience or just don't know what to do as they just want to do extra test and etc, costing you money. you probably didn't even need to come in in the first place. But they just don't know what to do. Also when you try to get meds from someplace else they deny it..
