These are not rental units, you buy an apartment in order to live there. The prices vary based on the size and layout of the apartment.
Its for the elderly that are in need of assistance. Also for the elderly that need assistance all the time. Yes you can go there if you have parents that is staying there. This is basically for the elderly. Where they can get the care they need.❤
