There is no touching or holding of the animals. Most if not all of the animals are there because they are in some sort of rehabilitation or there old. Its not a petting zoo. They are wild animals!
If they have babies sometimes you can pay extra for picture shots. No videos. We just did this a few months ago with a bear cub
