When's the best time to come in morning before it gets to hot that they are out the most, feeding/playing etc?

agreed. but if you arrive early (as in, right about when they open) you will not see feedings. they do those before they open, then again in early afternoon. take that as you need it.

Mornings are good. Maybe around 9 or 10 a.m.
