In the last few years, Bullocks Point has undergone some fairly significant upgrades - new interior finishes, exteriors replaced, upgraded landscaping, a massive dog park, and several other exciting changes. We have much more planned, including a swimming pool and Library/Flex space with patio. Some things remain the same, like our townhouse-style apartments with private entrances and lots of windows and large closets. We do accept persons with housing assistance. If you have a voucher, I urge you to inquire from your subsidy provider if their rent caps rise to our rent levels. That's great news!!! I wish I'd have checked sooner as I just rented an inlaw apartment in Tiverton. I do have a voucher, did at the time. You never know. If for some strange reason ( which I doubt) this doesn't work out I'll be right there to fill out an application!
