Enjoyed the warm reception from the receptionist who didn't bother to say hi to the patient who was a new admit. And the same greeting from the nurse who ignored the patient and pointed her toward her room without so much as a "Welcome"

I work here part time, it's not perfect but the staff does care about the residents. The building is old and does need some work but that doesn't effect pt. care. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a rehab, long term care, or dementia unit! I

My young daughter who is severely handicap and nonverbal is in short term rehab recovering from multiple fractures in her femur. She is non weight and immobile with a unique way to communicate and the entire staff from admissions, administration, nursing, PT, CNA, dietary, and house keeping have been the best with her and our family. All the staff have quickly learned what our daughter needs and wants. In regards to staffing, I was very impressed with the number of nurses and patient care assistants especially at a time when many places are short staffed. The facility is somewhat dated and double rooms are a bit small BUT very clean! After a month long hospital stay, we can all sleep sound knowing our girl is well cared for.
